JDesignerPro System Maintenance
[Back]
The JDP System Maintenance screen allows you maintain settings for the various JDP systems you are hosting.
The system that is loaded from your website is determined from the JDPSystem parameter of the applet tag in the HTML page that JDP loads from.
JDP allows you to have an unlimited number of systems each using the same Java classes but all with different functionality. Each user of your systems need only have one account to acces all of you different systems. It is up to you to decide which users have access to each system.
This screen allows you to alter the following for each system:
- System - This is a 5 character identifier. You may use any characters you like. The default system is 01001.
- Description - This is the title that appears on the JDP window and also the login window.
- Font Details - You can choose the default font name and size for JDP to use. The settings made here will carry through JDP and any classes that you build with JDP. Due to the font differences across platforms you may want to experiment to see which font is best for you. The default is Helvetica 12.
